Candi's demeanor was very nice, friendly and helpful, she made me feel that she wanted my mortgage to be approved. I really enjoyed the ease with how documents requested were transmitted, no need to be running around. The support staff communicated well. Also, I only spoke to Mr. Guzman once, he was friendly, easy to talk to.

The attention to details made all the difference!! Candi ensured all documents were explained to us and the process was extremely smooth. Candi was truly a pleasure to work with. Candi provided amazing support and guidance to this first time home buyer. She was responsive and patient with all my questions. Toward the end I had a problem with another person involved in our home buying. Candi went above and beyond to help us get into our new home on the schedule we needed and fix the issues caused by this other person. She's a rock star at what she does!

I had the privilege of working with Candi throughout the lending process and she truly made the entire process easy. She was always quick to respond to my emails and would update me on the status of the application. She never gave the impression that I was asking too many questions, instead she was approachable and patient with what I had to ask! I hold no reserve in recommending her to a friend or family member in the future.

Mrs. Lopez helped my fiancé and I tremendously. As first time home buyers we didn't know where to start and Candi explained to us every step of the way.
